BAKU. December 9, 2010: Today, police detained Rufat Nasibov when he was distributing leaflets about International Human Rights Day at the Baku State University.

The leaflet contained questions addressed to students such as "dear students, can you get the education you want?", "do you agree with the bribery and the activity of the university’s leadership?", "do you have a place in the dormitory?" and other questions. The students were invited to the boulevard on December 10 to mark the International Human Rights Day.  Nasibov was promptly arrested and taken to the Yasamal Police Department (Turan).
