January 25, 2012 (Updated April 5, 2012): On January 25, National Endowment for Democracy (NED) hosted an activity titled "What is to be Done With Pseudo-Democracies: Case of Azerbaijan" Hikmat Hajizade, Reagan-Fascell fellow and president of FAR Center, an Azerbaijani think-tank, made a presentation on the topic. Sharon Wolchik, Professor of Political Science and International Affairs,The Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University, provided comments on the topic.
